At Jalparee Art Jewellery, we take great care in delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver our jewelry pieces.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take longer (typically 7–10 business days).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post (depending on serviceability).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/whatsapp to monitor your package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Within India: Standard delivery in 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on location. Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping within India on orders above ₹999.
    • Standard shipping fee of ₹99 for orders below ₹1000.
    • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/whatsapp notification with the tracking details. You can also track your order on our website under “Track Order” section.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, or customs checks) may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Jalparee Art Jewellery is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use secure and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
